This office does not follow the HIPPA protocols...beware. The front desk receptionist are rude and loudly repeat your information so all the other patients in the waiting room know your DOB, Address, your full name, husband's full name, my husband provides the insurance and she loudly spoke out his date of birth. If this is not bad enough the staff carry on conversations between themselves so I had to keep asking if my receptionist was actually talking to me. There are better primary care doctors ... Teach your receptionists customer service skills. Common courtesy is a great way to start off on the correct foot when dealing with people who are sick, in pain and frankly, just plain scared of the medical professionals in Utah.
They are absolutely Rude don't take care of patients
4 months to get a new patient appointment, made the appointment in December. Called to see if anything is available sooner, the person on the other end says don't change your appointment it will be late June or early July before you can get in. As I was asking why so long she says they have had a lot of people move in to the Hurricane town. They only see new pt once a week 2 appointments one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Wait time ridiculous....all that time waiting and doctor had NO idea what the problem was and recommended a Dermatologist

I called him it appointment before hand asked if they took access insurance they said yes. We came down and everything and they were really nice to me and then I said I got my new insurance information and then they became really really nasty because it was Arizona. Then ask them how much would it cost out of pocket and I said we can't do that they would nasty again they didn't even offer to help me find one that takes my insurance Health Choice access.
