Excellent .
Just moved here and Rae was so helpful with setting up my car wash package. She answered all of my questions and even washed my mats. She was the true example of customer service.
Their wash damaged my vehicle. I filed report on site. Then never got contacted. Then I contacted their Lexington facility... Then they called me. Told me that b/c my beehive is older than 5 years that they wouldn't do anything. They told me they works file a claim. Now currently being ghosted. Not sure that we know it's a "enter at your own risk" kinda place.
