I don’t know where the old crew is but they need to bring them back!!! This new “manager” does nothing
This is the second time I’ve gone to this car wash and there was no tire shine available and I had to hunt around for rags. Before this everything was excellent, I asked someone for tire shine and was told there was none available, everything was outside which it wasn’t, please do better
DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH!! I loved this car wash when it first opened. I have been going to this car wash until July 15, 2026 when I went to the car wash and came out with my hood scratched all across it. I immediately reported it to the manager (Jonathan Ferguson) who took pictures and made an incident report. Upon my report, Jonathan contacted me and said I was denied the claim and told me that “their brushes did not do that to my car because it has never done that before and they use good brushes”.
