The staff were extremely friendly and their customer service skills are on point Thank you.
I'm literally scared of car washing places but Hurricane employees are always nice and very understanding.
I have used the Ooltewah Tennessee location since they opened and very happy with service. The one thing I wish is you would put up no smoking signs and enforce them. Multiple times I have had people beside me smoking and it's blowing on my kids and getting inside my car.
