Get the monthly plan, it pays for itself. This is my favorite location, they have towels that dries your car in the end instead of the high pressure air that can sometimes blow off your windshield wipers or front camera. This location is well maintained as well.
I’m coming back to update my review. Today myself, along with other customers were not allowed to use the vacuums due to an issue that had nothing to do with us. An employee turned off the vacuums due to an issue with another customer. It was frustrating to be affected by a situation we weren’t involved in, especially after already paying for services. I’ve never been treated this way as a paying customer. Went to Hurricane Express Car Wash May 3, an employee named Brandon(site manager) repeatedly yelled at me in an aggressive and disrespectful manner while I was trying to follow directions. Even after I responded, he continued yelling. When I pushed back, he escalated the situation by telling me to leave and threatening to call the police for trespassing after I had already paid for service. I really like this car wash. I get a mirror air freshener, use a strong vacuum, and towels and cleaner for the inside of my car. All in one place!
It gets the car clean. DOESN'T get the roof clean at all. Not sure what to do but wash the roof before I go through the wash. Kind of defeats the purpose, of the car wash membership. Ran it through three times now and still not clean. The rest of the car is clean????
