Earlier this week our kitchen sink drain backed up and spilled water into our kitchen and basement. Jesse & Tanner came to our rescue! They were friendly and funny. They efficiently identified two problems with our drain and made a great suggestion for improving the whole setup. Even if our drain gets clogged in the future it shouldn't back flow into the cabinet or our basement anymore! They were clearly very knowledgeable and efficient and their work should serve us for years to come.
Absolutely can't say enough about how smooth and seamless this process was for us. We had a condo kitchen renovation to bring old pluming up to standards and change our cabinet configuration. We are part of an HOA, and this team knows the older building and old plumbing well, which brought great confidence. These guys are great. I was out of town and had a guest staying who said the bathroom sink was not draining. I had Planet Plumbing check it out and the pop up rod was just disconnected, so they fixed it for free. Than you guys!!
