So happy Mike came out to give us a second opinion. I felt the first person who inspected our sewer was fear mongering and sure enough, we didn't need to dig out our basement and spend thousands on a repair. I appreciate the honesty and professionalism. Mike took the time to explain what he found and gave us an honest assessment without trying to sell us on unnecessary work. It’s refreshing to work with someone who genuinely has the customer’s best interest in mind. Highly recommend!
Outstanding experience!! Max identified and fixed a leaky gas line on our cooktop. He was exceptionally professional and courteous - I'd give him 6 stars if I could! This was our second service call with Planet Plumbing - both have been great.
We had a backed up kitchen drain that we attempted to fix ourselves. Once it become clear that it was out of our league to repair, we called Planet Plumbing. Within 24 hours they were able to send someone out and had fixed our issue within an hour. Moreover, they walked us through what caused the issue and what preventive measures we could take in the future to prevent this from happening again. Thanks for the help! Since the above, I’ve continued to use Planet Plumbing for all my plumbing needs (3 additional visits and coun... read more

As I have grown older I use them even more and t... read more
Super pleased with Ben Parsons who came out on time today to assess and repair a few pipes on a home I'm representing for sale. He was quick with the work and even was willing to go back in and take a look at another item I neglected to point out to him upon first visit. Very much appreciate the professionalism and work !
