Busy day at the car wash. Waited about 20 minutes swiped my card, said it could read it. So I swiped again, went through. But the car wash didn’t start! Couldn’t back out cause there was a line behind me, so I had to basically plow through the automatic car wash that didn’t start. Came home, my bank had notified me of possible fraud. This place charged me $15 TWICE!! And I didn’t even getting truck washed. This place is a rip off. OH and the number listed is disconnected. So who do I talk to about this problem?!
Report them to the BBB since they want to take ppl money and don’t even have a working phone number
I was at the car wash waiting behind several cars. I swiped my card at the machine when it was my turn, the machine approved my 'purchase', but the car wash didn't begin, nor did the automated voice never instructed me to enter the bay. I pressed the button to cancel the 'purchase', but nothing happened. There is now a $10 fee pending against my account; I chose the $6 wash. To whom do I turn for a refund?
Hurricane car wash is a huge rip off. No matter what selection you make it charges your credit card $10 even if you select one that is less expensive. And when you call the telephone number, it says the telephone number is no longer in service. This also applies to the hurricane carwash on Minton Rd. This is a huge scam and has happened that I know of three times, plus all the other people’s post that it has happened to as well. Do not ever use this car wash, warning
I'm an Uber driver, so having a clean car is priority. I used my credit card at the wash and all it gives me is 4 minutes. I generally use $8 when I have cash and somehow, my card got charged $20. The do it yourself car wash works well. But I was very unhappy using my credit card. $20 is ridiculous and I have to swipe it every 4 minutes. Not happy
July 31, 2014 I purchased my new car. On the way to turn in my trade in I stopped by hurricane to vacuum my car out ... lost 1.00$ vac didn't work! So I put a note with my contact info in the mail box.... never heard from anyone. In a pinch the other day I decided to give it another try.... Swiped my card for a wash, AGAIN! No wash! Broken! And AGAIN, no contact info posted! My mistake for pulling in there.
Ive came to the car wash today and purchased the lil tire thing for 2 dollars on my debit card and its charged me 10 dollars ive tried getting a hold of somebody and cant if you will please call me i rather situate this with hurricane than have to with my bank everytime i call i get a busy signal 321 499 5029 Ashley
Garbage......could do a better job just giving it a quick spray at home or waiting for a rain shower.
