It’s very difficult to be negative during Covid times. I know restaurants are trying to do their best during difficult times, but when you call to get take out/curbside at 6:03pm and they tell you they stopped doing takeout at 6pm, it seems like if the restaurant was more Customer focused they would either 1. Make an exception for 3 minutes after or 2. Publish these takeout hours on their website or 3. Offer a discount or free drink or something for our next order. We ordered the burger with lobster. The menu, we thought, said 1 pound of lobster meat. When we questioned the claw we got upcharged of $11 for. They clarified that the menu says meat from a 1 pound lobster. Didn't think a 1lb lobster was legal.
