Frustrating Experience – Poorly Managed Front Desk I’m genuinely shocked by how disorganized and unprofessional the front desk is at this clinic — especially a staff member named Lita. The Worst Front Desk Experience – Avoid This Clinic! If I could give zero stars just for the front desk, I would. Ms. Lita, the receptionist, is an absolute disgrace to the clinic. She is consistently rude, dismissive, and shockingly unprofessional. She talks over patients, changes her own statements, and acts like she’s doing you a favour by answering basic questions. I came in June 14, 2025 to this clinic. The front desk person was very rude and was not letting in if people question her about the sequence and priority. She was misplacing the health cards and was blaming the patients that she did not receive it. It was pathetic.

Worst time management by the receptionist i ever seen even after taking appointment there are alot of people including me waiting for 3 hours. Just bcz doctors are good i visit there. but not once, this happens everytime with me and fellow patients complaining that we had appointment but we r waiting from 2-3 hours. They give appointment after 2,3 weeks but still long wait. Very bad management.
