Let’s face it. We don’t ever want to find ourselves in need of an emergency vet. After trying another local 24 h vet clinic and being turned away as they were at “full capacity” just elevates your stress level even more. I would like to start this review by first thanking Dr. Sylvia Lam as well as all of the technicians and staff for their professionalism, but most importantly for their compassion and kindness. We had to bring our 17 year old cat Mango into the clinic as she was struggling to breathe. Mango was seen almost immediately and her condition was assessed.
