The nurse and dr I saw were amazing, very helpful and understanding. They took their time and diagnosed me properly.

Staff were great, and as efficient as they could be. The doctor who diagnosed my problem was spot-on, and helped me to clearly understand my problem. My reason for only 4 stars has to do with 'the system' itself: I started with Telehealth, who did not explain the booking and/or walk-in scenario, and so when I first arrived I got a 4-hour wait (I declined and went home). Next day I tried online booking, but wasn't fast enough. If you do try booking, be ready to go at 6AM, have your health card ready, and be FAST - it fills up... read more
