I have carried insurance with this office for over 40 years. Always prompt and courteous and fairly priced. I can honestly say I have never ever even priced another agent because I had no need. Westland took over a few years ago and have carried on the tradition of service.. I have dealt recently with Mandi Arsenault in the Summerside office. The absolute BEST service I have ever received. We went to do all the paper works and transfers to the car that we bought tonKitimat today and ICBC Insurance advisor LIZA JOSEPH was amazing! She is very professional and knowlegeable and was able to answer all our questions. She is very patient and incredibly amazing on what she does. Was a very satisfied and happy costumer.
Our go to associate for our vehicle insurance is Shay-lyn Sandberg. She is always on top of everything we need for our insurance requirements. We had to use other associates when she was off but we are very glad she is back. If you need insurance for your vehicle or RV go to Shay-lyn. You won't be disappointed.

I recently purchased a condo where a flood occurred before possession change and Westland Insurance was the company handling the restoration. One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. The adjuster, Sau, did a horrible job handling things. Every time there were issues, and there were many issues, he was on silent. The only time he spoke up was to give me a veiled threat if I left a bad review. They're a really bad company that hires unprofessional people to do the restorations. Grandson bought his very first car and we needed information regarding buying private, registering , etc. Cherry at the Westland Insurance on Henderson Hwy. was fabulous. Walked us through the steps . I had to call her several times as things unfolded. Cherry was super helpful , patient, knowledgeable and professional in every way with a sprinkle of spunk and humour!
