Do not use this service. They billed my insurance AND they were paid by my insurance. Then, they billed my insurance a second time for the SAME service. Because my insurance was double billed, they wouldn't pay the second time. The company wants me to pay the second bill - for something they were already paid for. This is fraud and if you use Huron Valley Radiology you can expect you will also need a attorney.
Billing department billed me $4000 for an MRI. They would not work with me or insurance to settle a fair price.
I googled their number to call billing to find out why I got sent to collections after never receiving a bill! Well I got my answer when I read their reviews. Seems odd that they don’t even attempt to collect payment before sending people to collections and it seems odd that Trinity Health even uses them and puts their patients in this situation.
Billing department doesn't send emails, and they said they sent mails but they didn't. Got a call from a collection agency months later, but never a call from Billing. Modernization is needed, you can't tell me you don't do emails in 2023
Worse billing department ever. They never sent us a bill for the service or contacted us in any regard so we had a chance to pay the dues, but were very quick to send it straight to collections. And of course, when we asked to be sent again or emailed even, they refused. UPDATE: the bill came in the mail today (03/11/2021), with statement day 03/03, and collections is calling us since 03/04. They not even waited the bill to arrive before sending to collections. They probably sent to collections the day they printed the bill.
