My daughter is just in tears over the haircut she got here today. She has beautiful hair, just loves doing her hair and she starts high school next week. She wanted a layer, or shelf layer for her front, like a face shaping layer and then she wanted a trim but keeping the hair long. What she got was a ton of length off the hair and layers throughout the entire head. I cannot tell you how heartbroken I am for her to start high school with hair she hates.
