Unfortunately we booked two viewings to see units on Friday. We had received email confirmation and text confirmation. When we arrived we called Esther and ended up leaving a voicemail as there was no response. We waited but no one showed, called, or anything. Ended up being just a huge waste of our time waiting around for no one. Very unprofessional and disrespectful
The landlord, Ester, had my friend and I running around the property trying to find the right apartment. Her attitude was astronomical as she couldn't even give the correct directions to the rental office, a long sigh following her words as if she just didn't want to deal with us. The tour was done by someone who's not even supposed to be doing them (but she was a sweet lady nonetheless), AND when we finally got the application paperwork, the rent price was was different from the ad we saw on Zillow. Lived here my whole life, with no plans on moving any time soon! I do miss the balconies, and the parking lots need major work. However, overall it's a nice place to live.
New Laundry Facility Machines; card operated. Excellent common area maintenance. Snow removal done in a very timely fashion, and grass is cut every Friday during the grass-growing season. Emergencies are Cared for immediately. Overall, Proactive Service.
