Unfortunately, my experience with this doctor was extremely disappointing. I did not feel any empathy or humanity during the interaction. The approach was very cold and harsh. A doctor should first and foremost be compassionate and understanding of a patient’s emotional and physical condition, but I felt like I was treated as just a number or a routine case without genuine care. Do your homework, follow up your tests results, they will not call you for any. Patients are not a priority.
It’s extremely frustrating trying to book an appointment here. I can rarely get one when I actually need it. The reception staff hardly ever answer the phone, and voicemails are never returned. I called multiple times over two days, and when someone finally answered today (Oct 2), I was told the earliest available appointment wasn’t until Oct 10.
