Long waiting, no respect for people’s time, bad management. receptionists have attitude and get people in according to their moods
Unfortunately, my experience with this doctor was extremely disappointing. I did not feel any empathy or humanity during the interaction. The approach was very cold and harsh. A doctor should first and foremost be compassionate and understanding of a patient’s emotional and physical condition, but I felt like I was treated as just a number or a routine case without genuine care.
