I recently moved to Tawas as a permanent residence. I have been coming here my entire life to my family have been a t cottage and really don’t know anyone. On January 27, 2019 I joined the gym and hired Kane as a trainer he and his staff have been the best blessing to me. I have been going 4-5 days a week and actually want to go. I am making progress every day. The encouragement from Kane Mary the rest of the staff and the other patrons have been encouraging and kind.
Smallest gym I’ve ever been to with the least equipment, staff is really rude and unprofessional especially the owner, always way too warm and it makes it uncomfortable to exercise, bathroom/locker too is tiny and run down, ridiculously expensive for the extremely below average gym experience you get.
place is a joke the owner likes to harass people by texting there phones and plus the gym is really small and kinda crappy honestly i wouldnt even call it a gym

Had a great workout with my best friend yesterday! The owner let us try out the new fitness area with classes you can choose online. Always clean and friendly. I always enjoy a workout here when I am in the area.
Well maintained, very clean and the staff is always so friendly and welcoming! I've belonged to big fancy gyms in the city and they have a lot to offer but you won't feel more at home than you do here!
