Called for an appointment . Called back later that day asked if I could come at 2 bc of a cancellation. . Charged $125 for coming in. Ps I was not in pain but willing to fill the spot . Not told I would be charged the extra for coming Had I known I would taken an other date. This is gouging and unethical Dental work was great but not happy about the extra charge.

This dentist has SERIOUS discrimination issues. I found out It's a 6 months wait or more for all of there ODSP clients but only a 7 day or less for payed work benefit clients 🤔. When asking for this in writing to complain. She hung up 6 times . The receptionist did let me know that this was not for all practices. This is strictly just theirs .

I have not a good thing to say about those people all they care about is MONEY they don't care if you are in major pain they only care how you will pay . I am on ODSP and never had to pay but now because of the covid they want 125.00 WOW !!! don't know
