Spent two years here - it got worse and worse the longer we stayed. Epic PM who runs it clearly has no regard for the wellbeing of their tenants, only for profit. Our place (and those of everyone I talked to in the building) had broken appliances, mold, fleas, and who knows what else. RUN!

absolutely terrible management, parking lot in disrepair!!! lived here for over ten years and owners tried to keep the deposit!!! Went to court and got ruled at no fault but STILL SENT BILL TO COLLECTION!!!! DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!
