Zero Stars but that isn’t an option. Horrible apartments! Management is never helpful. It’s barely livable and they refuse to do anything about it. No heat or air make it unbearable at times. They just lead you on thinking they will make changes just so you pay your rent to them. Make sure you do your research before living in this nasty apartment complex. Do better Newport.

Stayed here with a friend and was disappointed to find the apartment had no working air conditioning. He told me he’s been requesting repairs without resolution. After reading reviews praising the maintenance and staff, my experience unfortunately did not reflect that. I genuinely hope management takes these concerns more seriously and improves response times for residents dealing with ongoing maintenance issues.

As a tenant, I have been extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience at this apartment complex. What should have been a comfortable and safe place to live has instead become stressful and exhausting due to ongoing neglect from management. Worst management and maintenance experience I’ve ever had at an apartment complex. Multiple work orders submitted and nothing resolved. Such an inaccessible emergency maintenance team a tenant had to make repairs themselves due to a broken pipe and inaccessible shower. No ac, apartment beyond 80• for many days and the shower did not work until the pipe was fixed by the tenant themselves. I would strongly discourage anyone from renting at this apartment complex. The living conditions and lack of management response have been completely unacceptable. There has been ongoing mold present in the apartment, which raises serious health and safety concerns, yet maintenance issues are either ignored or addressed far too late. Communication from management is virtually nonexistent — there is no reliable phone number, no accessible office staff, and getting in contact with anyone for assistance is nearly impossible.
