Only one doctor out of my visits really listened and took action. The last one? Literally just lectured me and that was it. She didn't touch me at all nor even come within 5ft of me. The nurses did more work than she did. The lecture, what do you think I've been trying the last 11 years?! Thanks for telling me to try things that I already have tried. Cool cool.

I was appalled that nurses in Same Day Surgery do not allow patients to sit on the bed while waiting to be taken to the OR. My family member cannot sit on low surfaces/chairs due to severe pain and issues getting up. My family member was told by the nurse not to sit on the bed because they'd have to make it again. I'm also confused as to why there were several people at the nurses station standing there talking about their home life, but absolutely no one could help wheel my family member out. They were chewing gum while the patient was crying and whimpering out in pain. This was for an ER visit and patient almost fainted from the pain and the doctors looked like they didn’t care at all. One of them was CHEWING gum and took forever to pull out a wheelchair because patient couldn’t walk from pain. Literally go to any other hospital but this one.

I am writing this review for informational purposes for billing issues, since HRMC has decided to out-source their billing to PFC(Professional Finance Co.). PFC claims to make contact with individuals regarding their balances due. I was called by PFC on Dec 23rd 2025 about my balance and told them I need a statement. I have still yet to receive a statement for my account, instead they choose to send to collections.
