I highly praise Tim and his team at HMP. I bought my first car from HMP and over the years, they have continued to provide me and my family with efficient and helpful service along with those personal touches.
Extremely disappointed with recent service. I had previously had good experience with the service from HMP however twice in a row I have had poor to no communication from them. The most recent they couldn't be bothered to call and find out if I wanted a leaking valve stem replaced while switching my tires but left it leaking for me to book in and have to take another day off to get it done.
