Extremely disappointed with recent service. I had previously had good experience with the service from HMP however twice in a row I have had poor to no communication from them. The most recent they couldn't be bothered to call and find out if I wanted a leaking valve stem replaced while switching my tires but left it leaking for me to book in and have to take another day off to get it done. Simply the best! Just purchased my second vehicle from HMP and yet again they were the best! Chris my sales rep was not pushy, took the time to show me all trim packages and features, let us drive multiple vehicles to get a feel for engines to make sure I felt confident in my choice. We were in, out and approved in less than 3 hours. Mary who we spoke to in the financial department was an absolute gem and delight to work with.
