I'm only giving this 1 star because I can't select 0 stars. This is the most horrendous experience I have ever dealt with in the history of rental property. Let me preface: Work orders remain incomplete after 7 months. Unsealed windows and a door with a 1 inch gap. Paint coming off the stairwell where there's roughly 6 coats of paint one over the other. Great job! I love this place too! The full kitchen is beautiful the stuff in the office is great! And the neighborhood has changed!
For the love of God, LIVE ELSEWHERE. We haven’t had a pool in 2-3 years, they raise the rent every year, all the apartments are falling apart, and the parking lot is 90% pot holes. Finally, this year they are forcing everyone to dig up their gardens, flowers, welcome signs, and other decorative things because happiness is illegal. They knew they were going to do this and still watched people plant their yearly flowers in the spring just to tell them to dig them up early summer.
