I lived in 1211 and had a terrible experience. There were bedbugs throughout the building, including the laundry room. My unit had both bedbugs and cockroaches. I even saw bedbugs on clothes inside a dryer in the laundry room. The pest problem was very serious, and I would not recommend this apartment.
I want to share some appreciation for the Skyline Living team at 1211 Huron Street. Lismay, Shawna, Sophie, Sonja, and all the crew of our complex at Huron Gardens. They keep the building ship‑shape and handle things with a steady, professional touch. I’ll be honest — I have mixed feelings about communication over the phone in the business sense. 1209 Huron Street: I have lived in this building for over six years, and I can confidently say management has completely failed its tenants. Tenant safety and basic quality of living are clearly not priorities here. Noise disturbances from neighbours are constant and unresolved. Domestic disputes spill into the hallways frequently, making it feel unsafe to leave your own unit.
