Clean rooms, friendly staff, free bkfst - proprietor Sam is wonderful
Room 215… the tv did not work…. The bathroom door had to be hit from the outside to get out… if a person is staying by themselves there’s no way they would be getting out… the bathroom walls have mold/rust spots… the middle of the bathtub has a weak spot in it… when the issues were addressed to the owners they asked what we were going to do about it and followed it with are you going to sue us? Dirty room, had a suite.
Used band aid was found on the ground when we walked into our room. the sockets were hanging out of the wall. The breakfast was powder eggs. The hole place looked like it was inder construction but yet nothing was being done. Not worth the price, the room should be less than $90 a night with the low quality. I would never recommend.
Crossroads Hotel-Huron South Dakota USA is a very nice and comfortable hotel customer service is very good. They even let in my eldest daughter Akina L Zuccaro Decker and my two grandchildren as my visitors to use the swimming pool facilities with me. I like booking at the Crossroads Hotel-Huron each time I visit my children and grandchildren in Huron, South Dakota.
