Very clean and nice.
Stayed one night and noticed blood stains on both beds in the room. Did some investigating and the stains were absolutely everywhere. We had to tear the mattress protectors off to feel comfortable. Soon to find out, another person who was in our group staying in the same hotel but different room had either bites on them from bugs or a mysterious reaction to something. We called and asked for new sheets, but they never came. If you don’t wanna risk getting bed bugs, do not stay here.
Since work takes me on the road more often than not these days, it’s really hard to find decent hotels to stay at. Been to the Crossroads multiple times now, service from the staff has always been good. Only problems I’ve had are minor ones at best. Room keys not working, and noticing some slightly used towels, or met with WiFi that doesn’t connect to the internet for one reason or another.
