Thins walls so you can hear other people talking and their tv. The doors to the rooms all slam and the WiFi sucks as well as phone service. The pool and hot tub were under construction.
Great hotel not sure why so many complain it's reasonably priced and isn't a 5 star so why expect that from this place definitely worth the money the beds are comfortable and the room was clean and spacious the staff is nice and doesn't bother you and the parking lot is huge plus a restaurant and pool it has everything you need here
If you can avoid staying here, then do. The staff were alright, but tried to charge me ~$180/night for a room. I had made a booking on hotels (wrong dates) and the rate was $85/night. When I told them I would find somewhere else and that I was notnpaying $180/night, they quickly dropped it to $89. I was given a room in the pool area. I figured since the area was under construction, it would be no big deal since no one would be using it. I was wrong. Work takes me on the road and I spend 13 weeks here every Dec thru March. Great hotel, great location, and great desk receptionists. If available, I can request my room that I desire with no issues at all! Newly updated and renovated rooms and hallways. Hot breakfast in the mornings with the usual hotel breakfast. Highly recommend staying here and very kid-friendly as it has a pool and hot tub! Not sure why it gets such no ratings and negative reviews.
