This dentist was referred to us by family. Multiple phone messages were left to make an appointment for my husband and myself. After two weeks of intermittent calling and leaving messages I was successful in actually talking to someone. I was then told that we would not be seen by the dentist until we personally picked up the paperwork and filled it out. Only after that was done would an appointment with the Dentist be made. I always have a great experience (as much as you can at the dentist). Everyone is welcoming and friendly. Dr. DeVries is an excellent dentist!
