No. I applied for a position here, with my friend as manager of one of their divisions. She was not a first level manager but quite high up. So I would have thought the recruiter and hr team respect me as a candidate. Not only did the recruiter show up 25 min late for the interview, but my interview lasted 5 min. And afterwards hr ghosted me. I told my manager friend about it and she contacted hr herself. She apologized profusely for the company's treatment of me which was unprofessional.
