After having a negative experience with another rental agency, Kim has been wonderful to deal with! We have rented a beautiful cottage in Southampton for the last 2 summers. Kim is responsive, kind, and helpful!
Kim has been great! She always works so hard for us, and always finds the perfect accommodations for us and our dog. She has always gone above and beyond for us, and is always so friendly. Definitely service with a smile! A special shout out to Amanda, our dog adores her, she always goes the extra mile, and really takes the time to arrange things with us because of our dog being in the unit with us.
Kim is amazing. I travel for work and wish I could find 1 of her everywhere. Always accomodating, especially with a crazy work schedule. The places she manages and has cleaned are always well maintained. She'll bend over backwards to help. Highly recommend.
Huron Coast Properties is by far, the best property management company I have worked with. Twice winter rested issues have occurred, which were not attributable to Huron Coast; Kim responded with remarkable speed and efficiency, ensuring that resolutions were implemented promptly.
