This is the central part of Huron,this is the downtown of Huron. The boat basin is where Hurons amphitheater is located,concerts on Fridays, to movies on Saturdays, this is where the city wide garage sell is held. If you are looking to dock your boat for a day or a weekend look no further the boat basin is your destination. Last but not least our annual River festival is held here. Really and truly a vacation spot you don't want to miss on the Shores of Lake Erie.
I love coming to the Boat Basin every year for all the events!! Especially River Fest, which happens on my birthday weekend! For the past several years I have been unable to attend due to medical issues, but I will be back this year!! YaY!! Although, I do miss the Irish Festival at the Basin. Wish that would come back!!
