Great medical centre with great GPs and great front desk. We’ve been with Dr Lydia for more than a year now and she’s been a wonderful doctor, extremely thorough in her appointments and taking the time to listen to your concerns and explain all medical things in plain English. You can expect a bit of a wait, as Dr Lydia is popular but you’ll be hard pressed to find a GP like her. The Doctor I was seeing was very switched on, competent and very efficient in managing my chronic conditions and in that regard, I was quite happy. Unfortunately, as a practice the admin and the front desk were not as competent and/or efficient, demonstrating the usual poor work ethic, they didn't seem to understand the utility of email or to grasp the concept and the importance of acknowledging and confirming the passing of any messages (from and to the Dr), resulting in endless and mindless time wasting in follow-up phone ... read more
Excellent doctor who has up to date science and research on women’s health and is very thorough! I have seen many doctors in Sydney and none have come close to her expertise. I am very happy and relieved to finally get some decent healthcare. Thank you
