One of the worst places I have ever seen, this property is listed for sale also from 2023 till now 2025 buyers are coming to see this property every week feel like living on the road, Maintenance is super slow or fake — they mark things done without fixing anything, if you ask why? Worst place for a small apartment complex with 1 limited parking. If you have 2 cars your out of luck. I do believe that people pay extra for 2 parking spaces. Also worst part is paying for water and garbage when the water pipes always have problems and they will shut off water from time to time. The garbage is always full to the max capacity. So I really don’t see why we pay for those two. New management and new rules constantly be prepared for the worst.
I lived at Hurley South for 6 (six) years, till 2016. My 1-bd. apt. was very convenient, with 3 huge closets and another one - on a patio. Loved it! But all these 6 years we had constant water outages, sometimes, 2-3 per month! Rain or shine, night or day - NO WATER, over and over again!. Also, there were a few electrical problems - NO lights outside, in parking, for 5-10 days in a raw - we were searching for our door locks by Brail, literally.
