I purchased the H30, then sold my boat, new owner didn't want the h30 so I kept it. Went on Hurleys sight ordered the captains package that says "This Captain’s Package includes everything you will need to complete your davit install." ($399 plus shipping and tax) even shows the mounting brackets that I need in the photo, but guess what,.....It doesn't come with the actual brackets that are needed to mount the thing!........ So I spent well over $400 on three straps, a cleat, and three small D-rings! when I called hurley she... read more
The H20 davit system is a great product. Holds the dinghy secure even in rough water. Great customer service as well.
Leslie at Hurley Marine was and continues to be overwhelmingly helpful to me. She talks all of my calls and always responds back in a timely fashion. She is super friendly and the level of professionalism is over the top. The product that Hurley delivered is one of the best products that I have ever purchased.
Excellent customer service! The H2O product was exactly what I needed on my 3 foot wide swim deck. We have about 18 inches from the water surface to the deck. Two people can bring the dinghy up and into the cradle easily. Two complaints keep this from being a five star review. Price is one of them. The other is a manufacturing choice that needs changing.
