Purchased the H20 system June 13th 2024, installed later that month. Used the davits about 12-14 times last summer due to a busy summer at work. Took these photos on Aug 25th of last year, this was after about 6-8 times of use only. Damaged the bottom of my brand new Zodiac boat, the rivets are falling off the davit pads and now two of the four pads are already cracked and broken. I purchased the H30, then sold my boat, new owner didn't want the h30 so I kept it. Went on Hurleys sight ordered the captains package that says "This Captain’s Package includes everything you will need to complete your davit install." ($399 plus shipping and tax) even shows the mounting brackets that I need in the photo, but guess what,.....It doesn't come with the actual brackets that are needed to mount the thing!........ So I spent well over $400 on three straps, a cleat, and three small D-rings! when I called hurley she... read more
