The staff as well as the physician is very unprofessional. I waited over an hour to not be seen! The reason I wasn’t seen is because my name wasn’t on their clipboard. When I arrived I was giving a new patient form, but NO ONE ever told/gave me the clip to sign. After I turned the form in to the nasty receptionist I told her I would be waiting outside, cause I have a pit bull. After seeing people leave that came after me I went inside. Best Cat and Dog Hospital in and around Detroit!
Love this place and Doc. I’ve been coming here for 15 years. Never a disappointment. Prices are reasonable. I travel from Brownstown back to Detroit just to see him. No matter how long it’s been, he always remember you and your babies!!! I’ve never had any issues!!! The best vet hands down!!
I HAVE TAKEN MY PET TO THIS VET FOR YEARS. SHE BECAME ILL UNDER HIS CARE AFTER FOUR VISITS HE FINALLY DIAGNOSED HER WITH A CONDITION THAT REQUIRED SURGERY. HE DIDN'T WANT TO DO THE SURGERY THAT DAY BECAUSE IT WAS SATURDAY. HE DIDN'T REFER TO SOMEONE ELSE THAT COULD DO THE SURGERY RIGHT AWAY. HE SENT ME HOME A MY PETS HEALTH DIMINISHED RAPIDLY. AFTER TAKING HER TO A EMERGENCY CENTER LATER THAT DAY SHE WAS THEN TO ILL TO RECEIVE SURGERY FOR A FEW DAYS. HIS MISDIAGNOSIS RESULTED IN MY PETS DEATH.
