Called at 5pm for a leak and was told that he was on vacation, and he would try and get someone there on Wednesday (called Monday). The next day he got someone there and they found out it was my window, they sealed it for me and then proceeded to show video and photos of the said window, and provided me with a window contractors number. 10/10 service 10/10 communication 10/10 transparency
