I had Matthew seiffert when he was a resident. He was the only one able to diagnose me with the " mysterybillness" everyone said I had. He left got his own practice going. Tbat was 7 years ago, I foubd him bc the treatment with the doc I had was terrible and I hear so compassionate. He took me right back even remembering me. He got on everything right away. Dr Robbins is the best doctor i have ever had. And the secretaries and nurses are always so patient and nice to us. I have only one problem with HAFM is with one nurse from the other office across from this one , she makes rude comments and she always makes us feel uncomfortable is she sees us. But otherwise best dr office in ulster county.
Dr. Scieffert is amazing. Caring and honest.
I just tried to register as a new patient. Before they will even make an appointment, you have to go on their website (assuming you have internet and a computer) and download the seven page form then print the for (they will not accept email), which of course assumes you have a printer (which I do not). If this is what its like just to get in the front door, no thanks.
