My husband and I have been with Hurdle for over 10 years. The office staff has always been friendly and efficient, even if you pop in with a problem. The doctor is calm and takes his time which is appreciated since my husband has cognitive deficits. The follow up is regularly scheduled and any concerns we have are addressed. Hearing aids aren’t easy and ear cleaning is a hassle. It’s a commitment well worth it in the long run and this practice has proven that they want the best outcome for us. After ten years I can still say... read more

As a courtesy I called to let them know that I would not be going there for an appointment that VA had scheduled for me. Stupid me. Instead of saying thanks for letting us know, the witch said call VA and hung up on me.

We contacted our ins, and we're told this dr was on list. My husband waited 4 months for appt. Day that he went to his appt. Office said they needed $300 payment. He told them I have a $25 co pay on specialists. They said we collect 300 at appt. They were rude and unhelpful. Should have looked at her reviews 1st! He walked out. Bad business

I am very disappointed in my visit today. Mr Hurdle was very professional and did a good exam, and offered what I am sure is a fine hearing aid, with a sample set for me to try. Instead of programming the sample with my audiogram and playing a recording of voices over a wide dynamic range to demonstrate, or a recording of voice in a noisy environment to test noise suppression, did some feeble test of our voices and notch filter of fan noise. For $6k I would expect more than ‘try it for a while’ and come back for adjustments.... read more

This Audiologist does not follow Medicare rules. They insist on a referrel from doctor, when my disease has hearing loss over years which means i get free hearing exam every 12 months. They want a referrel still, even though they know this. I am also filing a complaing with Medicare for a provider that doesnt follow rules. Soon they wont be able to take Medicare because they are either incompetent or ignorant., I asked if they knew the rule and refuse to follow and they said they know it.
