Katy Bennett's actions were unethical, and she misrepresented us by colluding with the buyer's agent to give the buyers what they wanted. I have her texts where she tried to intimidate and threaten us. We will never use Hurd Realty again. We were traumatized during the whole month of August before the realtors made a ton in commission on the sale of our cabin. Pam Hurd won't even speak to me about it.
