I had a carbon monoxide leak , I turned off my furnace at 9 pm aired out my home , I called Hurckman at 8 am by 11 am the technician was here, I’m in Pulaski he went to Green Bay picked up the new heat exchanger by 3:00 pm my furnace was fixed . I have a Carrier Infinity model 59MN7A080V 21-20 this furnace has a manufacturing defect in the spray coating and pin hole leaks happen , that’s what mine did my furnace is 10 years old but Carrier will not pay the labor for the exchange since it’s their defect they should ,I’m going... read more
Our furnace was on the way out with rust showing on the heat exchanger. Although it was covered under warranty Julie made very good sense in replacing it now and gave us a very nice deal. She is excellent to work with and the install crew did a great job. Have always been satisfied with their service and equipment. They won't let you down in a pinch!
Our furnace went out and we got nowhere with the company we bought it from. After 6 days without heat and getting nowhere we call Hurckmans and explained our situation. The owner was at our house within 30 minutes and the next day they installed our new furnace. Can't say enough about the great customer service and the great install!
