Met Julie this weekend! What a kind friendly person that translates into her community and work!
Technician Kevin was extremely professional. He was just scheduled for routine maintenance. I was having issues with the boiler possibly heating when the thermostat was not calling for heat. Kevin took the extra time to explain and was able to find the issue. He was extremely honest and was looking out for the customer. He also found a gasket that was in the boiler and he took the extra time to verify it did not come from the exhaust.
I had a issue with furnace this summer and their team had to come out few times to fix the issue. I have not seen too many honest companies that would adjust the bill on their own. I respect it and these guys have my business for life! Thank you
IMO, great service but pushy and misleading sales.
