Top notch business! Great service people and installers. Salesperson was excellent. She definitely knows her business. No hype, no pressure, and no upselling. These are my heating and cooling people now.

%1,900+ more expensive than their leading competitor. Completely socially obtuse. Mechanically inept at best. Asked for an appointment 1pm+. They show up the next day knocking on the door at literally 6am. Of course nobody answered. Then called me at 5:15am - I'm in a different time zone, called me at 5:15am to tell me nobody answered. ... No shit Sherlock. I had a carbon monoxide leak , I turned off my furnace at 9 pm aired out my home , I called Hurckman at 8 am by 11 am the technician was here, I’m in Pulaski he went to Green Bay picked up the new heat exchanger by 3:00 pm my furnace was fixed . I have a Carrier Infinity model 59MN7A080V 21-20 this furnace has a manufacturing defect in the spray coating and pin hole leaks happen , that’s what mine did my furnace is 10 years old but Carrier will not pay the labor for the exchange since it’s their defect they should ,I’m going... read more

Our furnace was on the way out with rust showing on the heat exchanger. Although it was covered under warranty Julie made very good sense in replacing it now and gave us a very nice deal. She is excellent to work with and the install crew did a great job. Have always been satisfied with their service and equipment. They won't let you down in a pinch!
