Dropped off for a complete wash and ceramic coating. Something they did ruined the drivers side surround. They offered to fix, but after two weeks of promises, they said it was my fault. (They said it happens to all Teslas (I don't own a Tesla) There are too many good places that can do this same service. I would recommend taking your own before photos as a precaution.
As a freelancer, it’s hard to schedule service or appointments for anything. The gentlemen here allowed me to shift our dates a total of 4 times with the utmost respect and care for my situation. They did this despite me having a HECK OF A DEAL on their tinting service. They have the best waiting lobby view anybody could ask for and they finished my vehicle swiftly. They also addressed all my concerns before I left. 10/10 service + work.
Great customer service and great attention to detail. Both my cars came back to life. Took my 2015 Range and made it look new again.
I did a ton of research before deciding to move forward with Huracan Nero. They were able to answer my many questions and explained their process thoroughly. On the day of, we ran into a scheduling snafu. Julio with their customer service team jumped into action and went above and beyond to make it right. I was honestly very surprised how hard they worked to resolve the issue. Glad that they did!
