Hupke was recommended to work on my Dixon ZTR. Initially the deck had a lot of vibration (that was my initial call). They picked up the mower, worked on the steering and the blade clutch, but not the vibration (initially). When I got the mower back, one time use and the belt came off again. I called back asking if they couldn’t do anything about the vibration. Was told, there must have been some miscommunication. They took the mower again and found the deck was cracked.
