Great care but no one answers the phone. Bham leaves a message to call the clinic to extension 417506. No one answers the primary number so you can get extension. Very very disappointing
Ample parking and pretty good service. Only 3 stars though because you will NEVER get an answer on the phone You will be transferred to Birmingham, and then they'll transfer you back to Huntsville and there will be no answer in any department at any time. Not even a voicemail. This makes it impossible to set anything up without actually going there. Extremely frustrating situation that MUST be rectified. Excellent facility. Spacious parking. Easy access. Once you are inside there is plenty of staff to help you get when you need to be. Everything is well marked. There are kiosk but you don’t need them because someone will be with you in person to help you out. We were early and taken in when it was our time of appointment.
