Before Kelsey-Seybold merged with Huntsville Pediatrics I wouldve rated this office a 5 star! Since then it's been an awful experience. I'm excluding doctors and nurses, they're all great! I have to say since this merge making appointments have been the worst. My son had a severe diaper rash and the only appointments they had were THE NEXT DAY. the office doesn't leave ANY availability for any emergencies. Which sucks when you work full time. The doctors we have seen have been great. Especially Dr. Hsaio, he truly is great. What hurts them is their communication and scheduling. And the way some receptions lack for compassion when things are lost in translation. Messages are only sent to a nurse or receptionist and you only hear a message from them and not necessarily the actual doctor and if you have further questions it has to be a visit and can't simply be answered via phone. They need an overhaul in their software and communication systems.

Great set of doctors, but does not take children's medicaid outside of traditional (first 30 days of medicaid coverage before you pick a plan).
