I went in not really knowing my problem just that a key didn't work. Shawn was able to quickly tell me what the issue was and provide a solution that was cheaper than I had expected. I was in and out within 15mins. Great service and a great attitude.
Horible Service – The person I spoke with on the phone was horrible!! He was VERY rude, and was asking questions that made no sense and when I told him I didn’t have those answers and that it was just a heavy door that the locks needed to be changed, he wasn’t willing to help me in any way. I asked him if he could just come out to look at the door and see how much it would cost but he refused. He told me he didn’t have the time or energy to come out to my office.
