My caseworker sucks big time frfr! Lack of communication and she never answers her phone so that I may get a better understanding on what’s going on with my case and takes forever to email me back. I had two caseworkers before her and they was on top of their job, responded back in a timely manner and always answered my call or returned it the same day. Trystan is Absoluetly knowledgeable, and amazing at his job. He had so much information it was great.
I've gotten no response for 3 weeks regarding my new landlord's request for a form I've yet to receive from the case worker. I've called, emailed and also left messages for the case workers supervisor. Now I'm left scrambling for the funds to pay my own rent. My children have no school clothes or supplies, I'm also scrambling for food and now I need to pay rent I don't have a voucher to cover.
