I went there looking for assistance, and the lady at the front desk was very respectful and helpful. She recommended that I go to Veterans Affairs to see what assistance was available to me because there were a lot of things I didn’t know about. That recommendation honestly changed my life for the better. You don’t know what you don’t know, and I’m very grateful she pointed me in the right direction.

My caseworker sucks big time frfr! Lack of communication and she never answers her phone so that I may get a better understanding on what’s going on with my case and takes forever to email me back. I had two caseworkers before her and they was on top of their job, responded back in a timely manner and always answered my call or returned it the same day.
