Had a Hold My Spot appointment, but had to wait for 15 minutes at the desk for the receptionist. Never received an apology for having to wait, just told me told to fill out online paperwork. This would have been helpful to know prior to standing and waiting for fifteen minutes. And then the people waiting behind me went ahead of me due to not knowing I needed to fill out extra paperwork.
Always going above and beyond when seen at the HH urgent care clinics. Not a one that disappoints me yet! Highly recommend when you can’t get in your family doctor or need care asap.

I love Dr. Tammie and her team. They have always been so sweet and kind to me. Tammie is most definitely great at her job. I highly recommend this place.
I want to emphasize that they were more capable and knowledgeable in diagnosing my symptoms and treating them successfully, kindly and respectfully, relieving me from excruciating pain without opioids, than my family care physician. I will be going here instead of that doctor's practice for primary care from now on.
