Scheduled an appointment on the website and app for 12:15 during my lunch break. Got there at 12:10 with only one person ahead. Stayed in my car until 12:45 and went in to cancel. Front desk lady didn’t apologize, just said she cancelled it and that was it. I thought if I booked it and they weren’t busy it wouldn’t take over 30 minutes to be seen. Ridiculous.
Went for a rapid covid test, that they charged $50 convenience fee for. Then when it came back negative they did the send off Covid test. I filled out everything online and unknowingly filled in my insurance info incorrectly. They sent a letter needing my insurance info, I called and provided it. Then the next week they STOLE $300 out of my account (that was the cost of the test and exam that day that was still waiting to hear back from ins). Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While we offer two types of COVID testing, there is a test fee for the rapid test. Both are usually reimbursable by insurance. We offer convenient secure pay where you put your card on file as a means to have to pay upfront before services, and then we file with your insurance. Dr Sommers nurse practitioner Ashley is amazing. I went in not feeling well ended up having the flu. She had great bedside manner. Went into full detail about what she was going to do and listened to all my concerns. She told me to come back and see her if I wasn’t feeling any better in a couple of days. She made me feel like she actually cared .
Everyone is super friendly. My 4yr old felt awful and they went out of there way to be nice to him.
Dr. Summers and his staff are incredible. I had the best experience today and felt like I was in good hands!
