Our experience at HHUC Athens was very good. The nurses and doctor were friendly, caring, professional, and knowledgeable, and the facility was clean and welcoming.
Great experience at the Athens urgent care. The staff were very friendly, kind & professional. I did not have an appt. but was able to get in & out in a timely manner even though they were terribly busy. The clinic was very nice & clean. I was plesantly surprised that prescriptions had been called in & were almost ready when I got there.
lady at front desk lacks compassion personal skills and rude, I asked before I left to get a medicine to avoid yeast infection while on antibiotics,she said once he gets out with patient he can, I said I'll wait she said just go on to the pharmacy, got to pharmacy still wasn't there, called back she kept trying to over talk me and said I told you he's in with patients, and he'd have to call in in. then hung up. Dr. was good,
