I was in extreme pain for months, and although some staff members initially tried to help, after my second visit with the actual doctor, I was told there was nothing more they could do for me. After that, I was essentially dropped as a patient — my calls stopped being answered, and I stopped receiving any follow-ups. The woman at the front desk who I spoke to over the phone was extremely rude and all around came across as completely desensitized to people’s pain. They made transferring from another clinic extremely difficult, were rude, and didn't seem to care. The only doctor at my original OB office moved away so I was looking to transfer to a new clinic. After calling, I was told I would receive a call back within the next few days to get scheduled. A week passed so I called and was told in a rude tone to be patient on that someone would call me to schedule. Another week passed and I still hadn't heard anything so I called again. My daughter was seeing Dr. Duncan and after meeting her I knew that I wanted her to be my GYN. She is absolutely wonderful. Takes time and listens to your concerns. Awesome at explaining things to where you can understand her whether you have medical knowledge or not. We've also had to see the Nurse Practitioners and they are all great!! Highly Recommend them
