I love Amberlyn Brown she is very friendly and listens to my concerns, however when I first started coming here I had issues with a different women Sarah Willis she was very unprofessional when listening for my baby’s heart beat she said “welp I can’t find the heartbeat” as if she has no cares in the world that caused me to leave squalling my eyes out even though she had another doctor come in and help (who literally found the hr on the first try) 10/10 would recommend Amberlyn Brown though!
With my first pregnancy, everything seemed fine until closer to time to deliver when I delivered I delivered at the women's and Children's Hospital, and that was an absolute nightmare. Between me and my mother and my husband a couple years ago, we had to tell them more than 27 times when things would change and happen because they were not paying attention. I called nearly 3 weeks ago to schedule my appointment and they changed my appointment 3 times so now I have to find another doctor. Also the girl who call herself calling to tell you these updates is very unskilled and unprofessional. She doesn't have proper phone etiquette.

The only positive part of this clinic is the doctors, CRNPs, phlebotomists, and ultrasound tech. It’s the front staff—I genuinely loved every single one I met. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff has been consistently terrible. I’ve had issues with them since the very beginning of my pregnancy. I have BCBS through my grandfather, which **does not** cover pregnancy, only gynecological care. I’ve told them this from day one.
