I called nearly 3 weeks ago to schedule my appointment and they changed my appointment 3 times so now I have to find another doctor. Also the girl who call herself calling to tell you these updates is very unskilled and unprofessional. She doesn't have proper phone etiquette.

The only positive part of this clinic is the doctors, CRNPs, phlebotomists, and ultrasound tech. It’s the front staff—I genuinely loved every single one I met. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff has been consistently terrible. I’ve had issues with them since the very beginning of my pregnancy. I have BCBS through my grandfather, which **does not** cover pregnancy, only gynecological care. I’ve told them this from day one. Lashonda Gadd she is the receptionist at the front window ! She is new and has a very nasty attitude, I’ve been a patient at this office since 2020 and I’ve never had a problem checking in until her ! You can’t miss her, if you ever go to the office you will know it’s her with the unpleasant attitude! Dr Jordan Hamilton is HIGHLY recommended!
