👎 terrible experience. From the front desk to doctor!
Had an excellent visit at Dr Alapati's office recently.
When it comes to appointments please, make sure the patient is scheduled correctly not just on a piece of paper but in your system as well. Received numerous calls since Sunday to arrive at the office on a different date that was not provided to us. I thought they changed her appointment date without notice. Once there, we were informed my mother did not have an appointment for June 26. For the next appointment we needed to arrive 30 minutes before the appointment.
