I've been trying for 2 weeks to make an appointment with the doctor. I call the department schedule.I'm always on hold when I finally get to a person I tell them what I need then three separate times I have been hung up on. Two other times they send me to the wrong doctor scheduler. Other times when told people will call me back.I don't see call. I don't understand why you called to schedule an appointment and all they do is send you to someone who transfers you.
Bad experience with Dr. Derek Wells. This doctor was both rude and under prepared. Started off by asking me to explain to him why I was there. Claimed he did not have the report for my recent lung CT, even though I had confirmed with his office the Friday prior to the appointment that they had received everything. He acted as though there was no reason for me to be there, even though I had been refered by my doctor. His attitude totally put me on the defensive. Difficult to follow up on referrals as you are on hold for an extended amount to time and then the call is disconnected.
