James Bayless is amazing. Helpful and knowledgeable, plus he is practicing in Decatur as well as Madison. He answered all my questions and staff was friendly as well.
The room & bed were very comfortable. Tech was amazing! Problem is with the office. I have been calling for 3 weeks trying to solve problem of not getting enough oxygen with CPAP. Returning machine tomorrow.
Just had my first in-lab split study sleep apnea test on July 9, 2025. The facility is a little dated, and the room is very stark -- no decorations or anything, so don't expect the ambiance of a hotel room. The most important issue is the total experience of the sleep study. For me, it was great. The bed was firm, which was fine for me but might not be comfortable for everyone.
